Within the Erasmus+ CBHE "EMPOWER" Project, the Bukhara State Pedagogical Institute successfully conducted its 2nd piloting training sessions.

The sessions brought together over 30 participants, including young professionals and academic staff, to develop their entrepreneurial skills through interactive LMS-based learning.

 Participants explored:
• business planning & leadership
• financial literacy
• overcoming gender barriers in the labor market

The trainings were facilitated by Bakhronova Matluba and Dildora, trained academic staff of BSPI, using modern and inclusive teaching approaches.

These activities highlight BSPI’s strong commitment to women’s empowerment, innovation, and sustainable development.
