From Learning to Entrepreneurship: Another EMPOWER Success Story! 

We are delighted to celebrate another inspiring milestone achieved by an EMPOWERed member of our project community!

 Zilola Bekmurodova, a participant of the 2nd Piloting Group of the Erasmus+ CBHE EMPOWER Project, joined the programme to develop her entrepreneurial knowledge and skills. Inspired by her learning journey, she decided to take the next step — starting her own business!

Today, Zilola is the proud owner of “Aura Beauty”, a Korean cosmetics shop in the Bukhara region. 

Her journey from participating in EMPOWER training sessions to becoming an entrepreneur reflects exactly what the project aims to encourage: initiative, confidence, practical skills, and women’s economic empowerment.
