Objectives

The EMPOWER project is committed to advancing gender equality and enhancing the employability of women in Uzbekistan through entrepreneurship. Our objectives are as follows:

• Promote Gender Equality: Empower women by providing them with the necessary skills and opportunities to succeed in entrepreneurship, helping to reduce the gender gap in business ownership and leadership.
• Enhance Entrepreneurial Skills: Equip women with essential business knowledge and practical skills, such as market research, product development, financial management, and digital marketing, to support their entrepreneurial journey.
• Support Women’s Employability: Encourage women, including those from remote areas, mothers on maternity leave, and housewives, to pursue business ventures that create new jobs and foster economic growth.
• Inspire Through Success Stories: Showcase the achievements of successful female entrepreneurs from Uzbekistan, offering inspiration and guidance to women looking to start their own businesses.
• Provide Accessible Training: Offer high-quality, online training programs that are accessible to women across Uzbekistan, ensuring they have the resources and support needed to start and manage their businesses successfully.
• Strengthen Women’s Leadership: Increase the number of women in managerial and leadership roles, promoting self-confidence, independence, and the power of self-efficacy.
