Erasmus Empower: Intensive Training Program for Female Students Successfully Completed

At the Is’hakhon Ibrat Namangan State Institute of Foreign Languages, the 1.5-month intensive training program organized for female students under the Erasmus Empower program has been successfully completed. These sessions were aimed at supporting youth initiatives, developing women’s entrepreneurship, and building practical knowledge and skills.

During the training, participants gained important knowledge in developing business ideas, supporting entrepreneurial initiatives, financial literacy, and practical planning. The sessions were conducted by experienced trainers and lecturers N. Jakbarova, F. Mahmudova, and A. Amanov. The coordination of the program implementation and supervision of the training process were carried out by the Namangan regional coordinator of the Erasmus Empower program, P. Lutfullayev.

Along with theoretical sessions, special attention was given to practical activities, ensuring the active participation of female students. At the end of the program, participants were ceremoniously awarded certificates.

This pilot project became an important experience for the effective organization of future training programs for women, enhancing their entrepreneurial potential, and increasing their social activity.
