Erasmus+ EMPOWER Achievements at KIUT! 

At Kimyo International University in Tashkent, the 1.5-month intensive training program for female students under the Erasmus Empower project has been successfully completed.

The program aimed to support youth initiative, develop women’s entrepreneurship, and build practical knowledge and skills. Participants gained essential competencies in business idea development, financial literacy, and practical planning.

The training sessions were delivered by Z. Sharipova and D. Gafurova. Along with theoretical learning, special attention was given to practical work, and the students presented their own business ideas.

At the end of the program, certificates were awarded in a festive atmosphere during the New Year celebration! 
This pilot project became an important experience in strengthening women’s entrepreneurial potential and social engagement.
